Ndoj et al. accepted in PNAS!

New publication from the Zelcer group. Kelvis Ndoj’s article in PNAS is now out. In this collaborative effort with Judith Klumperman's group, we describe that delivery of NPC1 to lysosomes requires specialized vesicles called LAMP carriers, and that their trafficking relies on VPS41. The yearly AGEM awards were announced: Sebastian Hendrix will receive the AGEM Talent grant which will allow him to develop his project on MASLD. The AGEM innovation grant to study regulation of NPC1 was awarded to team ACHILLES consisting of Klevis Ndoj, Marion Brands, Georges Janssens, and Noam Zelcer.
